The summer release

The largest release since Gravun launched. Six new modules, and a new way of working with the product.

• Gavin (your assistant in Gravun): An assistant inside your workspace. Ask about your data, draft messages, build estimates, summarise calls. Answers are scoped to what your role can see, and nothing it would send to a customer leaves without a person approving the exact words.
• Approvals: A second pair of eyes on anything costly: campaign sends, invoice voids, refunds, discounted estimates. Approval binds to the exact content, so editing afterwards puts it back in the queue.
• Gravun Relay (team chat): Channels, direct messages, threads, mentions and files for your team, inside the CRM. A job can open its own channel and archive itself once the work is done.
• Unified Inbox: Every text, email and call with a customer in one thread, with assignment, scheduled sends and open/closed status.
• Expenses: What the business spent, by vendor, category and job, with tax kept separate because it is usually reclaimable.
• Reports: Seven report families: executive, sales, forecast, marketing, tasks, finance and geography.

Workload by owner

• A new panel in the Tasks report showing who is carrying what, with overdue work called out beneath each owner.

Invoice & Payment improvements

• Invoices support 29 currencies. Issued documents keep the currency they were issued in and nothing is converted.
• Payment reminder sequences, set up automated follow-ups at 3, 7, and 14 days past due
