Best All-in-One Software for Trades and Home Service Businesses in 2026
Disclosure: This article is written by Gravun, and Gravun is one of the five products compared. We checked each competitor's own pricing page on 1 October 2026 and used only what those pages show. Where we could not confirm something, we say "check with vendor" instead of guessing.
Short answer: There is no single best product. ServiceTitan suits large shops with dispatch teams. Jobber and Housecall Pro have the most field-service scheduling depth for small and mid-size crews. HighLevel suits marketing agencies and marketing-heavy owners. Gravun suits owners who want CRM, quotes, e-signatures, invoices, phone, inbox, campaigns and team chat in one app at a per-user price.
Key points
- As of October 2026, published starting prices on monthly billing are: Jobber $49, Housecall Pro $79, HighLevel $97, and Gravun $25 per user. ServiceTitan does not publish prices. You need to request a quote.
- The five products charge in different ways: by plan with a set number of users (Jobber, Housecall Pro), by technician (ServiceTitan), by flat fee plus usage (HighLevel), or by user (Gravun).
- Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan are built for field work. Their pricing pages mention GPS tracking, and Jobber and Housecall Pro list route tools. Gravun does not have route optimization or GPS tracking.
- HighLevel includes unlimited users on every plan, but phone numbers, texts, emails and premium AI use are billed on top.
- Gravun is the newest of the five. It covers more of the office side in one app, and less of the field-specific side.
- Every vendor here except ServiceTitan lists a 14-day free trial.
What is the best all-in-one software for a trades or home service business in 2026?
The best choice depends on your size and on where your day goes wrong. A large HVAC company with a dispatch desk needs different software than a three-person renovation crew that misses calls.
Here is the honest fit for each product:
- ServiceTitan: large shops with dispatchers, many technicians, and a budget for setup and training.
- Jobber: small and mid-size crews that want strong scheduling, quoting and invoicing, and a low price for a solo operator.
- Housecall Pro: small and mid-size crews that want dispatch, a price book, GPS and routes, with several users included in the plan price.
- HighLevel (also called GoHighLevel): marketing agencies, and owners who spend most of their effort on funnels, ads and follow-up.
- Gravun: owners who want the customer record, quotes, signatures, invoices, phone line, inbox, campaigns and team chat in one app, priced per user.
How do Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HighLevel and Gravun compare side by side?
The table below shows what each vendor's own pricing page said on 1 October 2026. Prices are in US dollars, on monthly billing, before tax. "Check with vendor" means the pricing page did not give us a clear answer, so we did not guess.
| Jobber | Housecall Pro | ServiceTitan | HighLevel | Gravun | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starting price (monthly billing) | $49 a month (Core) | $79 a month (Basic) | Not published. Quote needed | $97 a month (Starter) | $25 per user a month (Starter) |
| How pricing works | Plan price, plus $29 a month for each added user. Paid add-ons | Plan price with a set number of users. Some add-ons | Per technician, by quote | Flat plan price, plus usage fees for phone numbers, texts, emails and premium AI | Per user, per month |
| Users included | 1 on Core, Connect and Grow. 5 on Plus | 1 on Basic, 5 on Essentials, 8 on Max | Check with vendor | Unlimited | You pay for each user |
| Best for | Solo operators and small crews that need scheduling and quoting | Small and mid-size crews that need dispatch, routes and GPS | Large shops with dispatch teams | Agencies and marketing-heavy owners | Owners who want office, sales and communication in one app |
| Phone built in? | AI Receptionist add-on at $29 a month. Full phone line: check with vendor | Check with vendor | "Call Booking" is listed. Details: check with vendor | Yes, inbound and outbound calling, with usage fees | Yes, on Professional and Scale |
| E-signatures? | Quotes with "signature approvals" | Check with vendor | Check with vendor | Check with vendor | Yes, Gravun Sign (e-signatures) |
| Email and text campaigns? | Marketing Suite add-on at $99 a month | "Campaigns" is listed. Price: check with vendor | "Adaptive Marketing" is listed. Details: check with vendor | Yes, with usage fees | Yes. Advanced campaigns on Scale |
| Team chat? | Team @mentions on Plus. Full chat: check with vendor | "Chat" is listed. Details: check with vendor | Check with vendor | Check with vendor | Yes, Gravun Relay (team chat) |
Two notes on reading it. The pricing models are not alike, so you cannot compare $49, $79, $97 and $25 as if they were the same kind of number. And "check with vendor" does not mean the product lacks the feature. Ask on a demo call.
What is Jobber good at, and where does it fall short?
Jobber is good at the core loop of a small field business: book the job, quote it, schedule it, invoice it and get paid. It also has the lowest published starting price of the three field-service tools.
Pricing as of October 2026 (monthly billing): Core $49, Connect $139, Grow $199, Plus $499. On annual billing the page shows $29, $99, $149 and $399 a month. Core, Connect and Grow include 1 user. Plus includes 5. The page says you can "add users for $29/mo each". It also lists a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
Strengths
- Core covers online booking, quotes, invoices and online payments.
- Connect adds automated client reminders, automatic payments, quote and invoice follow-ups, and QuickBooks Online sync.
- Grow adds two-way text messaging, job costing and custom workflow automations.
- The page mentions route optimization and financing through Jobber Capital.
Limits
- Lower plans include one user. A crew of five pays for four more.
- Several things cost extra. The page lists AI Receptionist at $29 a month, Marketing Suite at $99 a month and Pipeline at $49 a month.
- Two-way texting starts at Grow, not on the cheaper plans.
Jobber's page also has team-size options that bundle more users into a plan. Check those before you add users one at a time.
What is Housecall Pro good at, and where does it fall short?
Housecall Pro is good for crews that need dispatch and field tools with several users included in the plan price.
Pricing as of October 2026 (monthly billing): Basic $79 with 1 user, Essentials $189 with 5 users, Max $329 with 8 users. On annual billing the page shows $59, $149 and $299 a month. On Max, extra users are $35 a month each. The page lists a 14-day free trial.
Strengths
- Basic includes online booking, scheduling and dispatch, estimates and invoicing, a price book, job costing and review tools.
- Essentials adds routes, employee GPS tracking, commissions, checklists and QuickBooks Online sync.
- Max adds route optimization, recurring service plans, a sales proposal tool and open API access.
- The page says every plan includes live phone and chat support and access to business and consumer financing.
Limits
- Route optimization sits on the top plan. GPS and QuickBooks sync start on the middle plan.
- The pricing page names several extras, such as CSR AI, Pipeline, Campaigns, vehicle GPS and payroll, without showing a price for each.
- The page does not state the cost of extra users on Basic or Essentials. Check with the vendor if your team will grow past the included number.
What is ServiceTitan good at, and how much does it cost?
ServiceTitan is built for large trade businesses with dispatchers and many technicians. ServiceTitan does not publish prices. Its pricing page shows three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, each with a "Request Pricing" button, and says it uses "per-technician pricing". You need a quote to know what you would pay.
Strengths
- The packages list dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, a price book and mobile estimates.
- They also list payroll management, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships.
- The page mentions GPS tracking and financing.
Limits
- No public prices. You cannot compare costs without a sales call.
- No free trial is listed on the pricing page. The page offers a personalized demo.
- It is a lot of software for a crew of three or five with nobody in the office to run dispatch.
What is HighLevel good at, and is it right for a trades business?
HighLevel is strongest as a marketing and sales platform. Its own pricing page describes the Starter plan as "perfect for smaller businesses and solo marketers" and the Unlimited plan as "built for growing agencies". A trades owner can use it, but it is not built around jobs, trucks and dispatch.
Pricing as of October 2026: Starter $97 a month or $970 a year, Unlimited $297 a month, Agency Pro $497 a month. Enterprise is by contact with sales. Every plan lists unlimited users and unlimited contacts. Starter includes 3 sub-accounts. The page lists a 14-day free trial.
Strengths
- Unlimited users on every plan.
- Core features listed include a website and funnel builder, CRM and pipelines, email and SMS marketing, inbound and outbound calling, unified conversations, workflow automation, booking calendars, and payments and invoicing.
Limits
- Usage fees. The page says there are "usage-based costs for telecommunications and AI services", including phone numbers, texts, emails sent and premium AI usage.
- The higher plans are aimed at agencies. Most single businesses will not need them.
- Field features such as dispatch, routes and a price book are not on the pricing page. Check with the vendor.
What would each one cost for a 5-person crew?
For five users on monthly billing, published prices run from $125 to $499 a month depending on product and plan. ServiceTitan is by quote, and HighLevel adds usage fees we cannot estimate for you.
Assumptions: five people need a login. Monthly billing, US dollars, before tax and card processing fees. No paid add-ons unless stated. We checked the arithmetic in Python.
| Product and plan | How we worked it out | Monthly | Yearly (monthly x 12) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jobber Connect | $139 + (4 added users x $29) | $255 | $3,060 |
| Jobber Grow | $199 + (4 x $29) | $315 | $3,780 |
| Jobber Plus | $499, 5 users included | $499 | $5,988 |
| Housecall Pro Essentials | $189, 5 users included | $189 | $2,268 |
| ServiceTitan | Not published | Quote needed | Quote needed |
| HighLevel Starter | $97, unlimited users, plus usage fees | $97 plus usage | $1,164 plus usage |
| Gravun Starter | 5 x $25 | $125 | $1,500 |
| Gravun Professional | 5 x $59 | $295 | $3,540 |
| Gravun Scale | 5 x $99 | $495 | $5,940 |
How to read this table:
- Compare like with like. Gravun Starter at $125 has no texting or calling. HighLevel Starter at $97 has both, but bills usage on top. If you want two-way texting, compare Jobber Grow ($315) with Gravun Professional ($295).
- Gravun is not the cheapest for five people. Housecall Pro Essentials at $189 costs less than Gravun Professional at $295, and it includes routes and GPS tracking, which Gravun does not have.
- Add-ons change the answer. Jobber Grow plus Marketing Suite is $315 + $99 = $414 a month.
- Annual billing lowers most rows. Housecall Pro Essentials is $149 a month on annual billing, or $1,788 a year.
- Jobber's team-size options may beat our Jobber rows. We priced extra users at the stated $29 each.
How do you choose the right software, step by step?
Choose by matching the software to your biggest problem, then testing it with real work.
- Write down your top three problems. For example: missed calls, slow quotes, late invoices, messy scheduling, or no follow-up.
- Count your users and technicians. Count everyone who needs a login now, and how many you expect in a year.
- Decide if field depth is a must. If you need route optimization, GPS tracking or dispatch tools, look at Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan first.
- List what you already pay for. Phone system, e-signature tool, email marketing, team chat. An all-in-one only saves money if it replaces some of these.
- Price your real plan, not the starting plan. Find the plan that has the features from step 1, then add users, add-ons and expected usage fees.
- Ask each vendor the same questions. Contract length, setup fees, price for extra users, and how to export your data.
- Run a trial with real jobs. Jobber, Housecall Pro, HighLevel and Gravun all list a 14-day free trial.
- Let the team try it. If your technicians will not open the app, the software fails.
How does Gravun handle this, and who is it not for?
Gravun is the business operating system for any kind of business. Trades and home services are a strong fit, but it is not a field-service tool first. It puts the office, sales and communication side of the business in one app, with one login and one bill, on web, iPhone and Android.
What is in it:
- Customers and sales: contacts and companies (CRM), a deals pipeline, and forms that create leads.
- Quotes and money: estimates customers can view, sign and accept online, Gravun Sign (e-signatures), invoices with online payment, deposits and reminders, a price book, expenses and commissions.
- Work: jobs, a shared calendar and scheduling, tasks and inventory.
- Communication: one inbox for every text, email and website chat, a business phone line with call recordings and summaries, a power dialer, and Gravun Relay (team chat).
- Follow-up: sequences, workflows, email and text campaigns, and review requests after a job.
- Gavin: your AI operator, who can answer calls as a receptionist and do tasks you ask for.
Pricing: Starter is $25 per user a month. Professional is $59 per user a month and adds two-way texting (up to 2,500 messages a month), unlimited two-way email and calling (up to 500 minutes a month). Scale is $99 per user a month and raises the limits to 10,000 texts and 2,000 calling minutes, and adds AI actions, advanced campaigns, white-label branding and invoicing automation. See Gravun pricing and the full platform list.
Where Gravun is honest about its limits
- Gravun is the newest of the five. It is launching in 2026. The other four have been in the market longer.
- Gravun has less field-specific depth. It is not built around dispatch. If you depend on route optimization, live GPS tracking of crews, consumer financing or an accounting sync, confirm what Gravun supports before you switch.
- Per-user pricing costs more as the team grows. For a large crew, a plan with many users included, or unlimited users, may be cheaper.
Gravun is a good fit if you have a small team, you pay for separate tools for phone, texting, e-signatures, campaigns and team chat, and your main problem is slow follow-up.
Gravun is not a good fit if you run many trucks and need dispatch with route optimization and live GPS, or if you sell financing to homeowners on the spot. Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan will serve you better.

Is HighLevel good for contractors?
It can be, if marketing is your main focus and you are willing to set it up. It is built for agencies and marketers, so check with the vendor about job, dispatch and route features before you rely on it for field work.
Which of these has route optimization and GPS tracking?

It depends on the product. Gravun includes both. Jobber's page mentions signature approvals on quotes and team @mentions on its Plus plan. For the other three, we could not confirm these from the pricing pages, so check with the vendor.
What should I test during a free trial?
Run real work through it. Take a new lead, send a quote, get it accepted, schedule the job, invoice it and collect payment. Have at least one technician use the mobile app in the field.
Is Gravun only for trades and home service businesses?
